2013 Chevy Traverse Revealed by GM

On Wednesday in Detroit, General Motors Co. has finally revealed to the public the new 2013 Chevrolet Traverse. According to Cheverolet VP Chris Perry, says, "It's about time for an upgrade."

The crossover vehicle has been redesigned with new sporty exteriors that integrates the look from the Chevrolet Camaro and Malibu. The interiors has also been given more space.

The new Chevy Traverse can accommodate up to eight-passengers and comes supported with a powerdome hood, new lamps, a three-two upper-lower grille design with chrome accents among others.

The Chevy Traverse has been one of the most successful models for GM, with more than 330,000 units sold when it first came to public in 2009. Even last year, a total of about 107,000 Chevy Traverse models have been sold by the automaker.


Moreover, this April at the New York International Auto Show, GM is planning to finally release the pricing of the vehicle.

The 2013 Chevy Traverse is scheduled to become available in the market by late 2012.
