Photoshop CS6 Beta Download Now Available

The most successful photo and image editing software to date, Adobe's Photoshop has just released the beta version of Photoshop CS6. And you can now download CS6 Beta free from the official Adobe website until the company prepares the final release of the software.

From the initial buzz that this news has created, it looks like there's a whole new set of features that will be introduced that may be worth an upgrade.

Some of them are the improved content-aware patch, a better layers management, wide-angle filter and more blur galleries among others. It will also now run on a new Mercury Graphics engine that will make photo rendering previews much faster.

To see the how the new interface looks like and see some more of the new features in action, here's a video by Adobe's Sr. Creative Director, Russell Brown.

It's expected that the final version of Photoshop CS6 will come as two bundles, the first as the standard CS6 and second, the CS6 Extended version.

Downloads for Photoshop CS6 beta is available for free in Mac and Windows OS. The Windows installer is around 1.7GB big while the Mac version is around 984MB.
