Video: Olympic Torch Cauldron Lighting Through History

Perhaps the most anticipated part of the Olympics Opening Ceremony is the torch cauldron lighting, in both the Winter and the Summer Olympics.

This 2012, we will again witness another torch cauldron lighting in London, which will happen in a few hours.

But before that happens, let us share with you a video of all the winter and summer Olympic games cauldron lighting from 1968 until 2010 as recorded from the respective clips of the opening ceremonies.

For us, the best torch cauldron lighting is still the one that happened in Barcelona 1992 when Paralympic Archer, Antonio Rebello lit the Olympic cauldron by shooting a flaming arrow into the cauldron.

How about you? Which is your favorite Olympic Torch Cauldron lighting ceremony? Give your thoughts below.

And do stay tuned as we will share with you later today the London 2012 lighting ceremony video reply once it's available online.
