The 6-year-old and her family was flown from Massachusetts to New York by Bieber so she could spend time with her idol for a day of fun and play.
Avalanna is afflicted with AT/RT, a form of brain cancer which still has no known cure. Her mother started a Facebook campaign for her named "Get Avalanna to Meet Justin Bieber" and her work bore fruit today.
Justin Bieber and Avalanna spent the day playing board games, eating cupcakes and candies. The whole day was filled with fun and love.
After the Valentine's Day date, Bieber tweeted, "That was one of the best things I have ever done. She was AWESOME. Feeling really inspired right now."
