The Nook Simple touch is a simple electronic reader with touch screen and monochromatic e-ink. Many ebook enthusiasts use it for its straightforward function of being a reader, more than a tablet computer.
Recently, Walmart has been offering refurbished models of the Simple Touch for $50, while those who did some Black Friday shopping might have gotten it for a mere $60.
Starting tomorrow, the more affordable e-reader will be available for purchase in all B&N retail stores, online at www.nook.com, and all major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.
