Thanks to the cooperating weather, the Kentucky Derby 2012 is officially a go and this year's contenders has just made their march to the field.
This is the 138th Kentucky Derby and we're bringing you the latest updates on what's happening on Churchill Downs until the official 2012 Kentucky Derby results are out.
Race time will officially start at 6:24 PM ET with Bodemeister coming on top as the early morning line favorite. But as how it has been in the past years, the highest favored odds don't always win the race. So it's still anyone's victory for all the 20 contenders tonight.
I'll Have Another wins the 2012 Kentucky Derby. It was an impressive race shown by jockey Mario Gutierrez and a handsome reward for trainer Doug O'Neill. The complete order of finish is posted below.
