Indeed, the Grammy Awards has decided to honor Houston with a musical tribute performance that will be led by Jennifer Hudson.
While many say that the mood of the Grammy's have certainly been affected by the sad news, show producer Ken Ehrlich said it's impossible to ignore Houston's amazing accomplishments in music, and use the night to celebrate it.
Hudson has been very honest about being a huge fan of Houston, who unexpectedly passed away Saturday. And this opportunity to honor her idol during music's biggest night, will certainly be as memorable as years before, when Whitney Houston presented Jennifer Hudson her very first Grammy back in 2009.

Aside from Hudson, singer Chaka Khan will likewise perform in the tribute, and possibly other more singers whose music was touched and inspired by Houston. We expect that tonight, will be that "one moment in time" that everyone will remember always.

The 54th Annual Grammy Awards is set to happen February 12 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles with the live streaming broadcast from CBS starting by 8:00 PM ET.
